We accept cash and checks. Payment is due at time services are rendered.

We only charge mileage under certain circumstances, ex: working in the Hamptons.
There is a cancelation fee of $50 for cancelations less than 24 hours.
We have availability on Saturdays (weekend rates apply), Sundays are only for house/pet sitting.
Yes, we carry professional commercial liability insurance.
We do not offer transportation at this time. Look for transportation in 2025!
We do not offer medical services of any kind or medication reminders.
There are three easy ways to get added to the calendar, by phone, email and text. The fastest way would be through text, we will respond usually the same day except for Sundays.
Although we do our best to accommodate all requests, a twenty-four hour notice is highly recommended.
Yes, a confidentiality clause is included in our service agreement in which all parties sign and agree too.
